It's a cross between a dress shoe, a sneaker, and a b-balla shoe. The Backstory: Justin cold called me a few years ago saying that he wanted to start a small shoe factory near Asheville NC. Honestly, I tried to talk him out of it...but the more I got to know him, the more I could tell that he had the grit to actually make it happen. We kept in touch and became really good friends. His dedication to his craft is profound. Finding machines from all over the world, fixing them, learning through trial and error… it's the kind of insane story we know well. SO, in October of 2020 I went up to Asheville and spent a couple days with Justin designing and making our first shoe collab.
