The Nova 3— Merrell's best-selling trail running shoe—stands out for its trail-to-town versatility. With its lightweight construction, moderate cushioning, and everyday traction, we can wear the Nova as a trail running shoe or as a light hiking shoe or as a casual, outdoor lifestyle shoe. Updated for 2023, the 3rd edition includes more durable uppers to protect the tops of our feet, a new outsole design with moderate 4mm lugs, and softer midsoles with FloatPro Foam pods under the heel and forefoot for some added cushioning.
