WHAT IT IS This flattering and soft eyeliner pencil is formulated with jojoba oil for all eyes. 0.04 oz. Made in Italy. WHAT IT DOES Enriched with jojoba oil & coconut oil, the soft, multipurpose formula is designed to nourish the skin & eyelashes. WHO ITS FOR Suitable for those with sensitive eyes. HOW TO USE IT First, sharpen eye pencil to achieve a round point for a smooth application. To apply eye pencil to the top eyelid, make dots along the lash line where the lashes meet the skin. Next, connect the dots in a sweeping line along the eyelid. For a smudged effect use a brush over the line to blur the edges. Apply one or more layered lines for a darker look. For the lower eyelid, apply on the inner rim as close to the lashes as possible.
